Challenge
Weld seams along the stem, the flow splitter, the secondary containment or the outer casing are potential weak spots of Coriolis mass flowmeters. Rigorous testing and inspection is required to ensure that these cannot turn into leakage points.
Solution
In order to not only specify but also prove the highest level of safety prior to delivery, all OPTIMASS Coriolis mass flowmeters undergo mandatory safety tests including helium leak detection, high potential (electrical safety) and pressure tests as standard and for any application.
